A digital strategy co-built with its stakeholders
For the État de Genève (OCSIN), I facilitated the co-construction of a digital strategy for the internal services used by 18,000+ employees, interviews, platform analysis and collaborative workshops.
A 5-year roadmap in two days
40 senior managers of a Ville de Genève department co-created the roadmap for the coming legislature during a two-day off-site workshop.
An executive team aligned on annual strategy
A one-day OGSM workshop where 16 executives defined objectives, goals, strategies and measures, and left aligned on the year ahead.
