Strategies your stakeholders will actually carry.
A strategy written by consultants in a back room dies in a drawer. A strategy co-built with the people who will live it gets implemented. I design and facilitate the programs that take you there, from rapid idea validation to multi-month strategy mandates.
Strategy co-definition mandates
Over several weeks, we co-define your strategy with the stakeholders who matter, digital strategy, service strategy, departmental roadmap. A typical mandate: immersion (interviews, audits, journey mapping), a series of collaborative workshops, iterative structuring of the deliverables between sessions, and final validated documents. This is the format behind my work for the État de Genève, SIG and Romande Energie.
Immerse
Stakeholder interviews, platform and journey audits, synthesis of strengths, gaps and opportunities.
Deepen
Collaborative workshops with your project, core and extended teams, review, objectives, strategy, first actions.
Structure
I formalize and iterate on the deliverables between every workshop, so nothing is lost and convergence is visible.
Finalize
Final writing and stakeholder validation: a strategy document your organization recognizes as its own.
OGSM strategy definition
Objectives, Goals, Strategies, Measures: born in 1950s Japan and adopted by multinationals and public institutions alike, OGSM condenses your strategic plan onto one page everyone understands. In one facilitated day (or a short series of sessions), your leadership team defines what it wants to accomplish, what success looks like, how to get there, and how you'll know.
The four questions
- Objectives: "What do we want to accomplish?" Qualitative and inspiring.
- Goals: "What does success look like?" Specific, S.M.A.R.T., measurable.
- Strategies: "How will we reach our objectives?" Applicable and realistic.
- Measures: "How will we know we succeeded?" Metrics and KPIs with regular follow-up.
Benefits
- Simplicity and clarity: a one-page strategic plan teams actually read
- Alignment and engagement: actions visibly linked to shared objectives
- Easy progress tracking and built-in execution focus, owners, indicators, gaps
- Easy to scale and revise: the plan stays alive as conditions change
Design Sprint & Lean validation
Validate ideas quickly and minimize risk. In four days, or a build-measure-learn loop of under a week, we identify the problem, sketch solutions, prototype rapidly (MVP) and test with real users. Online or on-site.
Benefits
- Lower costs: no investment in unvalidated ideas
- Fast development cycle: real-world testing without waiting for a final version
- Tangible result: a strategic idea validated, or invalidated, which is just as valuable
Why it works
- Test before massive investment: relevance checked before mobilizing significant resources
- Fact-based decisions: concrete user feedback steers the development
- Aligned team: all stakeholders involved from the start
Innovation accompaniment for product & solution design
Sometimes you don't need a full program: you need one product, service or thorny problem taken from idea to validated concept. I accompany your team through a design-thinking journey scaled to that single challenge, bridging innovation and user research.
What we work with
- Personas and journey mapping to anchor the problem in real users
- Ideation sessions and value proposition design
- Business model design when the solution needs one
- Frameworks like the Ten Types of Innovation and Exponential Organizations references
- Uncovering your unique selling proposition (USP)
- Design of lean user tests to validate the concept early
Why it works
- Right-sized: the rigor of an innovation program, without the program overhead
- One team, one challenge, one validated outcome
- User evidence built in from the first week, so the concept survives contact with reality
Innovation program coaching & incubation
When innovation needs to become a capability rather than an event, I accompany your teams over time: incubation lead for innovation teams, coach and facilitator for innovation programs across multiple markets, co-design of frameworks adapted to your scale. I co-created a Lean Innovation at Scale framework with a multinational for their innovation transformation across several markets, and spent years coaching innovation teams inside large organizations.
What it looks like
- Incubation lead for an internal innovation team
- Recurring coaching of project teams through discovery, validation and scaling
- Design and roll-out of innovation frameworks and rituals
- Support over 3 months to several years, adapted to your governance
Why it works
- Skills stay in-house: every engagement includes knowledge transfer
- Methods adapted to your reality, not imported dogma
- Continuity: the coach who designed the approach is the one in the room
These are categories of mandate, not packages
Strategy co-definition, OGSM, sprints, accompaniment, program coaching: these labels describe the kinds of work I do, not fixed products. Every mandate is designed for your context, your stakeholders and the transformation you are after. If your situation doesn't fit a label, that's normal; most don't.
What transformation are you trying to accomplish?
Not just the deliverable, the transformation. That's the conversation that makes an engagement succeed. Let's have it.
